コンセプト

当店は2010年に日本茶アドバイザーの店主（Shin）が大阪・十三で開業した日本茶体験スポットで、店舗は2019年に現在の場所に移転いたしました。

コンセプトとしては日本各地で生産される多様なお茶を少しでも知っていただき、日本のお茶に興味・関心をお持ちいただき、最終的にはご自身で淹れてみられるようになる事を目標としております。

また広く国産のお茶を知っていただきたいという思いから、営業形態はほぼ喫茶に特化しており、扱いは主に煎茶となりますが、国産の烏龍茶、紅茶、ばん茶、ほうじ茶などもございます。

気軽に「知っていただく」「試していただく」ことが目的のお店ですので、種類だけで言えば50を超えてはおりますが、数が多いことが自慢なのではなく、体験していただく事が目的で集めていった結果こうなりました。

気軽に国産のお茶が飲めるお店でありますので、是非お立ち寄りください。お茶好きの方から、お茶に興味を持ち始められた方まで、茶淹はいつでもお待ちしております。

Our Concept: From Tasting to Brewing
Our goal is to introduce you to the incredible diversity of tea produced across Japan. We want to spark your curiosity and, ultimately, help you feel confident enough to brew the perfect cup yourself.

A World of Japanese Tea
To help you discover the breadth of domestic tea, we operate primarily as a "Kissako" (tea-drinking space). While our focus is on Sencha (steamed green tea), our collection includes a wide variety of 100% Japanese-grown teas, such as Japanese Oolong Tea, Japanese Black Tea (Wakocha), Bancha & Hojicha (roasted teas).

Experience Over Numbers
We currently offer over 50 varieties of tea. However, our pride lies not in the number itself, but in the experiences those teas provide. These varieties are the result of our dedication to offering you the best "trial and discovery" experience.
